If you missed the Well Said! exhibition at the RSC in Stratford upon Avon, you can now see it at the Barbican until 23 December. A visual feast of Shakespeare’s most memorable and inspiring lines. Writers, actors and poets have selected their favourite quotes to be transformed into surprising and beautiful artworks by artists and craftspeople (such as us!) h&s in Royal Shakespeare Company Exhibition

We are delighted to have been asked to take part in an exhibition called Well Said! at the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre in Stratford upon Avon to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death in 1616. Twelve artists from diverse disciplines have been asked to respond to a Shakespearean quote chosen by writers, actors and poets. Our quote was given to us by the writer Jeanette Winterson and is taken from The Winter’s Tale. h&s Christmas Cards

This year we have commissioned images from two local Tufnell Park artists: Alice-Mae Mayall (Robin), an illustrator/animator, and Nadia Shireen (Dog), a children’s book illustrator and author. We have added a third image of a Snowman originally produced in 1945 by Puffin Book illustrator Grace Gabler. We had polymer blocks made of all three images and letterpress printed them on Connoisseur 100% cotton card. They are packaged in sets of three with brown speckled envelopes and are available to buythrough this website
